BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:
• Guests may cancel their tour reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the cancellation date for processing.
Tour Cancellation by Banana Beach Phuket:
• If the trip must be canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice to rebook on an alternate date.

No-Show Policy:
• Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Transfer Condition

Our program includes free transfer services within our designated service area. However, if your location is outside this area, a transfer fee will apply.

Outside are : Ao Por , Baan Dorn , Bangjo , Layan Beach , Maikhao Beach , Naithon Beach , Naiyang Beach , Pasak an additional charge First Person 500 THB per person from Second Person 200 THB per person.
