How do I book a beach day experience?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred package, date, and number of guests. Simply click the "Book Now" button, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

No, you can show your booking confirmation on your mobile device. Just present your booking reference number or the QR code from your confirmation email.

Is boat transfer included?

Yes! All packages include complimentary speedboat transfer from Rawai Pier to Banana Beach on Koh Hey (Coral Island). The boat ride takes approximately 15 minutes.

Is it safe for non-swimmers?

Yes! Our beach has calm, shallow waters perfect for non-swimmers. Life jackets are available free of charge, and our trained lifeguards are on duty throughout the day.

Are there age restrictions?

Banana Beach welcomes guests of all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. We have family-friendly facilities and activities suitable for all ages.

What safety equipment is provided?

We provide life jackets, snorkeling equipment (with some packages), and first aid facilities. Our beach is monitored by trained lifeguards during operating hours.

Can pregnant women visit?

Yes, pregnant women are welcome to enjoy our beach facilities. However, we recommend consulting with your doctor before participating in water activities or boat transfers.

How long is the beach day experience?

Our standard beach day runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, giving you approximately 6-7 hours to enjoy the beach, activities, and meals. Boat transfers depart at scheduled times.

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, sunglasses, and a hat. We recommend reef-safe sunscreen to protect the marine environment. Lockers are available to store your valuables.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the beach. Our restaurant offers a wide variety of Thai and international cuisine, and many packages include meals.

Are there water activities available?

Yes! We offer snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and banana boat rides. Some activities are included in packages, while others can be booked separately on-site.
